Where possible our gifts are sent from our fulfilment partners in Sydney and approximate timings are shown on the product. 
In some cases, where stock isn’t available it will be shipped from our UK HQ. In these circumstances it has to pass through customs which can take longer than we’d like, especially during peak gifting times (ie Christmas). 
Tracking is provided on all orders and will be emailed to you once your item is dispatched. 

Please allow 24 hours after the dispatch email for this to update. 
If your order has shipped from the UK then the ‘your item is now leaving the UK’ message will not change until the order clears customs so please don’t worry if there is no update for a few days. 

We can only see the same information as you, we will do our best to investigate any issues but we don’t have any additional information.

Our confirmation orders request that you check the delivery details as we can make changes before an order is shipped, but not after. 

Unfortunately shipping will be charged on items that need to be re-sent due to being sent to an incorrect address that you supplied.

Some cards make suggestions around the activity but you can make them work for you. It should always be fun and if it doesn’t work for you, change it. For this reason the cards work in most countries around the world. 

Our weekly date cards have been adapted for the Australian audience with some ‘typically English’ ideas swapped out to be more appropriate.
